Hi Jean Pierre,
I tried to enable the SRHelp BUTTON in scan & Tioune config file, but it doesn't seem to work.
I have also tried unsuccessfully to have the scanner automatically started but I have not found the right setting.

Yes Rocco, you are rigth, some setup cannot be done with this version.

The new version 0.2 can do that now and many things more.
Scan is also faster, uses les CPU%, scanner is automatically started and Web Monitor can be used

La nouvelle version de Scan&Tioune est beaucoup plus rapide utilise moins de %CPU
on Peut utiliser le Web Monitor pour envoyer des photos ou le graphique du sacnner.

Si vous avez plusieurs MiniTiouners (V2 ou Pro ou Express ou S) vous pouvez lancer plusieurs instances de Scan&Tioune en simultané, l'adresse du port UDP sera décalée automatiquement à chaque instance.

If you have several MiniTiouners (V2 or Pro or Express or S) you can launch several instances of Scan & Tioune simultaneously, the UDP port address will be automatically shifted for each instance.

Fonctionne maintenant avec tous les MiniTiouners y compris le MiniTiouner Express

Yes you can use the media player.
You have just to stop the UDP stream and it will be available.

The Video cannot be played at same time from the receiver stream and from hard disk file.

So, when UDP is ON, the video displayed comes from the receiver, when UDP is OFF, video can be played from a file.

Sorry, there is not yet a manual and yes, this command can be obscure.

I have a problem with some H265 video with Scan and Tune.

The video freezes after 2 seconds, I had the same issue when opening VLC separately, but fixed that by disabling hardware acceleration, but can't work out how to do this for the Scan and Tune display.

No problems with the normal MiniTioune program.

Minitioune uses Directshow technology and codecs installed on your PC
demultiplexing is made by Microsoft demux that doesn't allow TS with bad Timing synchro => jerky video or sliced audio. (That happens often we People use amateur software)
Decoding quality depends of codec used.


Scan&Tioune uses VLC dll.
demultiplexing is made by VLC demux that , most of time, accepts TS with bad Timing synchro => less jerky video or sliced audio.
decoding is made by VLC decoders and their options.
I have not yet searched if we can disable hardware acceleration in VLC_dll_mode and how we can do that. Perhaps a new feature in the future..

Au lancement S&T ce matin, j'ai reçu ce message d'erreur , peut-être problème de mémoire...(voir copie écran)
je précise que cela n'affecte en rien le bon fonctionnement du logiciel qui est toujours en cours d'utilisation depuis près de 2 heures ====>sans relance ni redémarrage.
Le balayage est tjrs actif.

Je vous signale aussi travailler avec un M-T-express, et ne pense pas que cela puisse provenir de cela.

c'est un bug qui arrive parfois. Il n'est pas génant, à part l'apparition de ce message .Je suis à sa recherche...
Je pense avoir une piste: il me semble que c'est quand 2 stations disparaissent en même temps..
Le temps que je mette à jour la table des stations, il y a une thread en parallèle qui doit vouloir accéder à une info qui n'existe plus
bref, un petit problème de débutant.

J'ai un minitiouner pro1 qui marche à merveille donc 2 usb.
Le 1er usb est connecté à un portsdown (tout est dans la même boite pour faire du portable)
Est-ce que le 2ième usb je pourrais l'utiliser pour connecter un pc avec Scan&Tioune, (portsdown est éteint sur le 1er usb) ?

Je vois que swlAlain a pu télécharger S&T v0.2g mais je ne vois pas où il l'a trouvée.
