Anyone know how to fix this problem ? I have installed various other H265 decoders also but makes no difference I just get a blocky video feed each and every time

I suppose that you have installed LAV filters.
If you are using LAV video decoder, you can decode H265.
With the software "CheckMinitiouneDriverAndFilters", there is one H265 TS file, can you see it when you do the test?
If yes, so you can decode h265.

If you can see the H265 video from the test but you cannot decode well H265 using Minitioune, it is because the TS you are receiving is not conform.

How is produced the H265 TS you try to receive?

Yes I see the H265 test.I did install the LAV decoder last year but have just installed from here and now any H265 feed causes a crash https://www.videohelp.com/software/LAV-Filters
