I have found (with the aid of the great Google thingy) a much simpler 2-minute method. It worked for me!
Go to the Start menu and type cmd.exe in the Search Bar. Right click on cmd.exe and choose Run as Administrator.
In the shell window copy paste the following commands, one at a time and hit Enter.
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON
bcdedit.exe -setloadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
You’ll get a confirmation that the operation completed successfully, as you can see below:

Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
You’ve just disabled digital driver signing in Windows 7. So now you can install any unsigned driver like SAA7146A.SYS
