Has anyone gone to their web page? "Outernet" My most resent update from them indicates they will have a LEO in orbit this year and a couple of transponders rented on a HEO. Seems that this does parallel a bit what we are doing with our Hamtv and maybe, we have some ground stations ready to help them out in their development and tracking. Might be something to do with our equipment when the ISS transmitter is turned off.
